A.R.C. Transit launched our state of the art proprietary cargo tracking software, ARCtrac in August 2007. ARCtrac enables A.R.C. Transit to easily manage carrier partners, available loads, ready dates, vessel cutoffs, per diem, demurrage, container availability, Customs and USDA Inspections, as well as provide quick, accurate single source electronic billing for your inland transportation. ARCtrac sends automated updates via email & EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for every milestone related to the container drayage process.

ARCtrac allows the A.R.C. Transit traffic and dispatch team to manage and reduce per diem and demurrage charges by providing real time container availability and loading status and confirming loads have been outgated or returned to port.
ARCtrac assists the A.R.C. Transit traffic and dispatch team in achieving the industry's highest matchback ratio. ARCtrac uses data elements which include, steamship line, container size, vessel ETA and cutoff, early return dates, zip codes, delivery dates and ready dates to match as many empty import containers with compatible export loads as possible.
